Job Description:

Customer Service Representative
A Customer Service Representative
at J. Kings Food Service Professionals is our inside liaison between our Food Service Consultant and our customers providing information and processing orders at our Holtsville Distribution Facility. The CSR is partnered with a FSC and is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service by providing our customers with answers to various questions from delivery times to product information

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Maintain accuracy and quality paperwork
  • Various paperwork including faxing order guides, pricing deals, ect.
  • Accurate order taking
  • Product explanation to customers
  • Recording Leads for FSC and vendors
  • Follow up product leads
  • Attend Sale Seminars

Requirements

  • Computer knowledge
  • Previous interaction with customers
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
